What does the PTS Travel Software do for my Travel Business?

You have full control over transactions in and out of your different currency trust accounts with PTS. All client money held in trust is reconciled daily and mirrored to your clients accordingly via the Client Itinerary access each Client has.

The software generates fully exportable reports on Client, Supplier, and all monetary activity. Our user management system allows you to control your number of users, and to assign privileges and access levels on an individual basis.

Manage your Clients and their bookings within the CMS including a diary system for setting reminders and tasks for yourself and other users.

Utilise our global database of travel suppliers, or simply add your own suppliers to the database. You can also produce ATOL certificates for your Clients which is a legal requirement.

In addition to our regular updates, we provide full user support for every User, via telephone, email and built-in live chat function.

What does the PTS Travel Software do for my Clients?

Client transparency is a key in travel and the PTS Software has been developed to give just that. Each Client can securely log into the PTS Software themselves to view the booking details. This can be accessed by your clients anywhere in the world where they have an internet-connected device. The software has been built responsively which means viewing their itinerary couldn’t be easier for them.

Your Clients will be able to view your company branded Client Itinerary with your full contact details during and outside of working hours you set. Your Clients can see exactly how much they have paid towards their booking with you with details of payments in and associated references.

Maps, Addresses, Imagery and Passenger Information is also accessible to every Client and also the ability for your Clients to manage their Passenger information and make payments into the Trust account via their Itinerary.

If you have any critical travel documentation, including an ATOL certificate, rooming list, restaurant menu etc that your Clients will need, then you can allow your Clients simple access to these documents via the Client Itinerary for them to view or download for offline viewing or printing.
