The PTS software has been designed specifically to give you a complete overview of the money in and out of trust. The software’s Accounts section allows you to view and manage your client money.
Within the Accounts section of the software you can view the trust accounts full details which displays a live balance of each currency you hold in trust. You can also see details of the branch where the trust account is held along with the IBAN and BIC details for any clients that wish to pay from overseas.
The PTS Admin department import all transaction in and out of trust each working day into the PTS Software ensuring you can perform live searches of all credits and debits, either by card, cash, cheque or bank to bank transfer.
You can also monitor and manage your clients’ payments to you so you know who is due to pay and when, along with clients that may have payments outstanding to you.
Debits you request from trust can also be monitored on the Software and you can run reports on when debits were made or when they are scheduled to be paid from trust. The Software will also report on the exchange rate of any debits that have gone through our foreign currency platform.
Any credits your clients make into the trust account that do not have a client reference attached to them will reside on your Unassigned Credits page where you can assign the credits to the specific client.
Claiming the profit from the trust account could not be easier. Once a client has returned from their booking or holiday you had booked for them, there is a simple toggle on the Client page for you to toggle ON to request your profit in the next daily payment run that the PTS Administration provide. However, PTS has insurance in place to allow the release of the profit on a booking upto 30 days in advance of the client starting their booking with you as long as PTS has paid all the suppliers for that booking.
The PTS Software can be accessed anywhere you have an internet connection and no additional software download is required.
