This bespoke package is a perfect solution for small and medium-sized travel businesses, with our ATOL licences are available to all PTS members.

The Benefits Of Joint PTS Membership and Small Business ATOL

PTS offer a much more cost effective ATOL license than approaching the CAA directly. Application fees for PTS members start at just £758 for an ATOL that covers up to 1,000 flights, compared to the CAA direct cost of £1189 application fee for an ATOL which covers 500 flights. This offers a saving of £431 purely in application fees, for an ATOL that covers twice the volume of flights. What’s more, the ATOL annual renewal fee starts from just £526 for PTS members, compared with a minimum renewal fee of £735 for a small business ATOL when dealing directly with the CAA.

Your PTS membership will also include access to a PTS personal account manager, who will deal directly with the CAA on your behalf. This ensures a fast and smooth application, with no requirement for you to deal with the CAA directly. Your personal account manager will have an excellent knowledge of your company, so not only can they guide you through your ATOL application, they will fully understand your travel business and the finer details of your company. As such, they will have a solid understanding personal to you, allowing them to fully support your business, save you both time and money.

PTS membership also includes multi-currency trust account facilities, supplier failure insurance, and profit in advance can be released to members. Our trust account solution also mitigates risk to merchant services suppliers, allowing us to arrange merchant facility solutions on behalf of our members, despite travel falling into the high risk category. PTS hold strong partnerships with both First Data and Global Payments, allowing us to offer multi-currency solutions, MOTO and ECOMM.

PTS membership also includes access to our award-winning travel software. PTS members pay a licensing fee of £50 per month for complete access to our bespoke software solution.
