Membership of Protected Trust Services provides access to a complete online software package. The software includes a full CMS (Client Management System) allowing you to manage your clients and payments in and out of trust. Members can access their client and supplier information, schedule payments out, contact clients, manage their diary, check credits received, send emails and manage client bookings and itineraries. This is all available to access securely, using any device with an internet connection, and the PTS back office support team are on hand continuously to ensure you and your business are supported every step of the way.
The Protected Trust Services software has been built specifically for travel companies. Whether you are a travel homeworker, tour operator, travel agent or flight only company, the software will meet all your needs.
For Homeworker Travel Agents the software has API suppliers plugged in allowing you to search and book the best rates whilst you are able to retain 100% of the commission. However as a Homeworkers, you are not restricted to just using the suppliers on the software and you can add your own sourced suppliers to create and manage your own niche supplier database.
For Tour Operators the software really does tick all the boxes allowing you full client management and unrestricted supplier database management. Your business accounting costs become minimised as the software performs your reconciliation for you on a daily basis. Full reporting on credit and debit transactions is available and all exportable-friendly into Microsoft Excel, PDFs and print formats. Tour operators’ clients also have access to their own online itinerary that they can access securely anywhere with an internet connect on any device.
Travel agents and flight only companies benefit from all the above as well as having ATOL certificates saved on the Protected Trust Services software. PTS members can apply for their own ATOL for just £740, allowing members to book flights for their clients and manage from the point of enquiry until they travel, all with their own online itinerary.
Merchant Services are also linked to the software where all card payments processed by members are imported into the software and reflected on the clients bookings without any manual input, saving you a lot of time and admin costs. MOTO (Mail Order Telephone Order – card payments taken over the phone from clients) and Ecomm (a secure payment page on your website) are linked with the software for PTS members and reconciled each working day for you.
All supplier payments you instruct PTS to make are performed via the software. Here you can upload and store all your supplier invoices for ease of access in one place for each client. PTS Admin have a daily payment run to ensure your suppliers receive their payments in a timely manner. All payments released from trust have either Supplier Failure Insurance (SFI) or Scheduled Airline Failure Insurance (SAFI) applied automatically, so there is no need to worry about lengthy paperwork to complete. All insurance fees are calculated automatically on a per person basis by the software and readily available for members to view in a live environment on each booking, so you are fully aware of the financial status of each booking.
Members can also send emails to their clients and suppliers through the system from their own email accounts. Each email is recorded and saved to each client file, allowing easy access the history of communications on any particular client. Reporting on accounts, clients and suppliers is also a key feature of the software allowing members to pull statistic and trends in their bookings, money in and supplier usage. All data is exportable in friendly versions for Excel, PDFs or print formats.
