Seeing the continued success of members like Verini Travel is a huge marker for us at PTS. It means we’re doing something right, if our support is not only helping that member excell in small and big ways, but that the freedom they have with PTS means they have received the recognition they deserve, rather than that success falling into someone else’s hands.

Of course, we do not claim to be the sole reason these businesses succeed. While our support has absolutely helped our members grow and excel, our main motivator is seeing fantastic travel experts thrive in the industry and simply being there to ensure nothing preventable gets in their way.

That is why we would love to take a moment to appreciate one of the fantastic businesses that we support. And what better example over the course of 2025 than Verini Travel and Chris Wouldhave?

Who Are Verini Travel?

Verini Travel is an independent travel agency and tour operator offering a range of fantastic packages from Greece to adventure getaways and beyond. Verini was established in 2020 by Chris Wouldhave and joined PTS as a member in 2022. Verini Travel originally started it’s journey with a different consortium, but “it was a mistake,” Chris said. They moved over to PTS within a year and have been a member since.

“We have a unique business in the fact of the majority of our enquiries are multi centre. We needed a consortium that would allow us to explore the many avenues that the majority of our work needs to make it successful.”

Chris is not only the expert owner of Verini Travel, however, he is also the owner of sister brands Wintasun and The Greek Specialist, a new niche brand that he started in 2025 and earned him a feature in Travel Weekly. He aims to unveil Wintasun to the travel world in 2026 following the success of The Greek Specialist.

What Has It Been Like as a PTS Member for Verini?

“When we joined PTS, one of the first things we did was apply for our franchise ATOL, something we weren’t allowed to do previously. This gave our business much more flexibility over the suppliers we could use as well as using our own suppliers,” Chris said, noting the changes with PTS. They found the joining process very straight forward and the team very friendly, especially in tandem with struggling to break loose from a separate consortium over the course of the year.

They have been taking advantage of the freedom to use their own suppliers since 2022. Chris said this was one of his favourite features of PTS, “The flexibility to use our own suppliers was key as the majority of other operators don’t necessarily fulfil our needs.”

Since 2022, Chris has especially noted that while the team are here for anything, he appreciates the ability to just get on with taking care of his business, his way. His independence and passion has been the fuel behind all three brands under his care, and we are incredibly proud to be supporting such an ambitious and knowledgable member of the travel industry.
