To assist in managing your clients, the PTS software includes a client diary section. You can set reminders to contact clients, confirm suppliers or collect payments. The diary entries are also linked to your individual client files aiding in sales as well as client management keeping you organised.

Users are able to assign diary notes pertaining to individual clients, for example, once a sale has been completed a sales user can add a diary note for accounts to collect client payments.

What information can I store in the Diary?

You can store client names for chasing initial quotes sent out or client payment schedules. You can also add diary reminders for colleagues.

Can I export my Diary or a Users Diary?

Yes, the Diary allows you to automatically export and email yourself a copy of your day’s diary each day so it is in your inbox.

Can I move a User's Diary?

Yes, you can re-assign a client to another user and the diary entries for the client will move with client.
