The PTS software allows you to provide live information that is accessible to the client via a bespoke interactive online itinerary. The client itinerary will mirror certain client and booking information that is stored on the Client Management and Booking Management sections of the software.
Each client has their own specific login credentials generated by the PTS Software so they can view all suppliers that you have added to the PTS Software, and your company controls what information the client can view with simple toggle on and off buttons. There is also the option to add specific text relating to individual suppliers should there be the need.
The itinerary has your company branding added to it along with your contact details at the footer of each itinerary page, so the client is aware of who you are, and also the protection that Protected Trust Services is providing for their money whether paying by card, online bank transfer, cash or cheque.
The Clients can also view when to make payments to you along with a summary of payments they have made into the trust account. The client can also manage the attendees in their booking and upload your specific attendee criteria required to complete their booking and create a rooming list or guest list.
If the client has transfers to and from a venue/ airport on their booking, then the client can upload their flight details if applicable, removing this administration task from your company.
As the whole PTS Software has been built responsively, clients’ can access their own itinerary on any computer, tablet, smart phone or device with internet connection.
The client itinerary is adaptable and can be used for single passengers or group bookings.
