What were you originally looking for when you discovered PTS, and what made you join?
We were initially looking for financial bonding, but with PTS we also gained maximum flexibility, the ability to earn 100% commission, and to feel part of a family. Once I spoke with Grant, I knew it was the right fit for us, so I joined straight away.
What challenges did PTS help you overcome?
PTS gave us access to a wide range of suppliers, which allowed us to expand our offerings and provided the financial protection we needed.
How has your business grown since joining PTS?
Coming out of COVID, it was just myself and Charlotte. By the end of 2024, we have a team of 14, expanded from office-only operations to owning a high street travel agency, launched independent holiday services, and now operate a branded coach. Passenger numbers have grown from 3,000 in 2021 to over 10,000 in 2024.
What are the most valuable aspects of PTS membership for you now?
The support from the team has been invaluable, and the new website has made the administrative side much easier.
How do you feel about PTS today?
PTS is going from strength to strength. They’re always moving forward with plans and ideas – and putting them into action.
Joining PTS opened up a whole new world for us – we’ve gone from 3,000 passengers in 2021 to over 10,000 in 2024, all while keeping our personal touch.
